    We have no accounts, no email collection, no tracking, no ads.

👶 COPPA Compliance

LearningKidz is designed for children under 13 and fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not collect personal information from children
We do not require email addresses or account creation
We do not display any advertisements
We do not share data with third parties
We do not track children across apps

📱 Data Stored Locally

Only the following data is stored on the child's device (never sent anywhere):

Nickname — optional, only used for greetings within the app
Age — to adjust difficulty level
Game progress — stars and scores per game
Settings — sound, music, language preference
Purchase status — whether premium is unlocked (verified via RevenueCat)

💳 Purchases and Payments

Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store any payment information. Purchases are protected behind a parental gate that requires an adult to solve a math problem.

🌐 Network Access Limited

The app uses the internet only for:

Purchase verification via RevenueCat (no personal data transmitted)
Downloading updates through App Store / Google Play

All games work fully offline after initial download.

📊 Analytics and Tracking None

We use no analytics services (no Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.). We collect no usage data, crash reports with personal data, or other telemetry.

🔒 Security

All data is stored locally on the device using AsyncStorage. Parental features (purchases, settings) are protected by a mathematical parental gate. We recommend using your device's built-in lock screen for additional protection.

🌍 International Users

LearningKidz is available in Norwegian, English, German, Swedish, Danish, and Spanish. Regardless of your country, the same privacy principles apply: no personal data is collected.

🔄 Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users via the app update.

Have questions about privacy or want to delete data? We're happy to delete all data — but since we don't have any, the simplest approach is to uninstall the app, which automatically deletes all local data.
